CAMTURK is created basically to ensure the welfare of Cameroonian students in Turkey both socially, economically as well as academically. It has as members all students both active and graduates of Cameroonian nationality based in Turkey only and does not in any way take external members.
CAMTURK has as mission to ensure cohesion, integration, welfare, improve academic and residing conditions hence improving on the general success of its students and a better understanding and development of Cameroon. CAMTURK has as vision to establish and develop solidarity among its students, to facilitate the orientation of new students, to provide mediation and conciliation within the student community and to establish a solid platform of exchange and upkeep among its members.
As a long term plan CAMTURK plans to act as an intermediary body between the Cameroon government, the student community and the Turkish government in order to promote brotherhood between the two countries and to enhance the socio-economic relation between them.
In a nutshell, through its multiple socio-cultural activities and seminars CAMTURK hopes to inculcate patriotism in the hearts of her members hence contributing greatly to the development of our beloved country Cameroon.
